An automatic filter is a device that uses a net to directly intercept impurities, purify water, suspended solids, and particulate matter in water, reduce turbidity, purify water quality, reduce system fouling, bacteria and algae, corrosion, purify water quality, protect system accuracy, and other devices.
The equipment has been debugged before leaving the factory, and users can run it directly during use. When the operating parameters of the device cannot meet the user's requirements, the user can adjust the parameters according to the actual working situation and choose manual control and automatic control modes for corresponding work.
Automatic control: There are two ways of automatic control: timing and pressure difference (factory set pressure difference of 1 bar). Set the filtering time on the filtering time timer. (Note that the filtering time setting needs to be entered in manual mode.) After the filtering time is full, sewage treatment begins. The sewage treatment time is set by the sewage treatment time timer. At the same time, the control system compares the system's pressure difference in real-time with the pressure difference set by the user. When the pressure difference of the system reaches the set pressure difference, the filter also cleans the sewage, and the sewage time is set by the sewage time timer. When the drainage time is over, stop cleaning and the system returns to its original state, preparing for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Switch the manual/automatic selection switch on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter will drain water.
